Thousand Sons killteam

The Flames of Fate

The genereator must fall. Only that is all that matters. The whispers of Magnus have reached Ahrimose, and his desires are all too clear.

Let nothing stand in his path. Burn, warp, twist, and tear asunder all that stand in the way of this ultimate goal. The sacrifice of a population the size of Megaborealis, with the correct sigils, incantations and ministrations gifted to him by the dark powers could bring thru the great rift a sorceous horde of unimaginable proportions. The armies of Tzeentch himself stood ready on the other side of the Veil, thirsty with the desire of change. To uncreate all the mankind had raised and defended. And for his success, surely he would be granted the greatest of powers...
Ahrimose the Accursed, once a gifted pupil of Ahriman himself, gathered a handful of his more dependable automatons. With his trusted desciple, Amahte, and a few devoted tzaangors -twisted amalgamations of beast and man touched with the gifts of Tzeentch- Ahrimose set about the monumental task of planning such an audacious and suicidal mission. Reports of so many other factions in play were a sure sign of The Great Conspirator's ministrations, and could provide the ideal distractions to accomplish his assignment. He must act fast. The rewards were too good to ignore.

WEEK 1

This was proving to be a more complicated task than Ahrimose had anticipated. The sheer number of operatives in the vicinity surprised him. Clearly Tzeench was orchestrating something special. He had thought when he encountered Bleda and the forces of the Black Legion that they could work out a mutual arrangement... but clearly Bleda couldnt see a bigger picture. In trying to secure another path thru to the generatorium Amahte encountered a roving patrol of those lapdogs of Guiliman. Going around them led him to a small force of those pathetic Tau. The frustrations of previous failures against Bleda and those ultramarines were mercilessly unleashed upon them with no remorse.

WEEK 2

Everything was coming together as it was meant to. The threads of fate were being drawn tight, and the pawns before him were being cast aside. First those celestial relics, that dying race, foolishly tried to stop him. Ahrimose simply helped them quicker to extinction. No sooner had they been slain, those blasted ultramarines reappeared. This time he was prepared, and his level of cunning was unmatched- they fell into his trap and were felled. Surely having heard a distress call, a nearby detachment of deathwatch tried to intervene- and they met the same fate.

WEEK 3

More of those Tau. They were like cockroaches here, scurrying under foot on every block. With superior firepower and the protective wardings around his team, it was almost sport. Almost. Their constant interfering had to be put to an end. With some scrying, Amahte located the tau leader and went in for an assassination.. but with their cloaking technology and simpering cowardice, they fled, denying him his trophy.
