Ordinarily I'd provide a link, but GW is blocked at work.

Head to GW's page, Specialist Games, Specialist Games Resources. You can download the Necromunda rules right there.

Basically, from my understanding (as I've read about it but never played), you treat each model individually. You gain experience and skills, and can purchase newer and better equipment for your gang. I'd recommend starting with the rulebook. I don't know wnyone who is normally there on Wednesdays who plays. If Chris O'Neil is around, I'll send you his way.

I posted the link to Death Squads in another post. IMHO, having read both, Death Squads is the way to go. This is mainly because they are working on it now with 5E rules in mind, and you can play different 40K factions as opposed to different 'gangers'. Check them both out and see what you think. I have a Necromunda rulebook if need be ;)

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.
