Demon prince

Post by Inquisitor Wall » Fri Sep 14, 2012 5:43 pm

I just wanted to check that his wings are ok. Metal demon prince, Balrog wings, crab pick staff, spawn head. He should be a legal demon prince.

Also I don't want to but may have to use a forgeworld greater demon as a summoned one. That would be no issue right? Other than everything on the board can shoot him.

The FW model is just a greater daemon, correct?

Any other DPs in your list?

Yeah there is a second one. Little smaller but on same size base. I'll get a picture of him too.

I had this one approved years ago. Built from a chaos spawn, added sword, and wings. On proper size base.
The biggest difference between the two is the physical wing size.

Another question, do models need to be on the correct shape base. My demons are mounted on 25mm square bases as opposed to 25mm round bases. Basically it is a drawback for me as more models can be hit by templates.

Basically determines if I go with allies or not.

Any word about bases, and demon prince, The forgeworld model doesn't really matter as I picked up a mini greater demon (I had not realized how small the standard metal ones are) as I am trying to figure out if I have an army that would work for the tournament? It is increasingly difficult to make a good CSM list for 6th edition.

I don't see an issue with the bases.
